One of the prettiest hotels I've seen in Chile! The room with a view of a beautiful forest and mountains made the stay truly magical. I'm celiac, and from day one they took care to offer me suitable breakfast options. Definitely an exceptional stay. Nothing to criticize, everything was wonderful.

The following is no joke. The hotel, against booking rules, tried to pass on the commission they paid to booking to me. I refused to pay this fabricated fee and the property held my car and belongings hostage, requiring police involvement. Please avoid this hotel.

The setting is nature by the Coyhaique river, perfect for enjoying the peace of the area. The location is great, the room is spacious with everything needed and comfortable. The staff were very attentive. However, housekeeping services were not always available.
