“Moderne gemütliche Unterkunft in guter Lage in Ella”
A modern, beautiful place with great bathrooms. The location worked well for us – we could walk into Ella and theoretically reach all nearby hikes on foot. The terrace was cozy with a sofa, and we loved spending a few hours relaxing there with a mountain view. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and welcoming; we got support whenever needed and could ask about our travel plans around Ella. They also gave us excellent tips for good viewpoints that were fantastic.

The staff were super friendly, the room was clean and the bed was huge and comfortable with air conditioning. The downside is that there’s a steep ramp to the hotel; unless you take a tuk‑tuk, cars can’t get up.

I can say without hesitation that it was the best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka! The hotel is extremely well‑located, everything is within walking distance. It was very clean. The manager is very kind and gives great advice.
The room was beautiful and the surroundings lovely, the breakfast was generous, and the hosts were very friendly. Everything was spot on!
The property sits close to the center yet in a quiet street; the room is nice, new, and the staff are kind and welcoming. For the location and type of accommodation, the price is objectively more than adequate. The highlight is the fridge inside the room and the outdoor patio to relax. I recommend it.
