“Ótima opção, mas precisa melhorar o acesso aos quartos”

The décor, comfort, and cleanliness were good. The parking was external, so the setup felt more like a motel with a private spot for the room; access was awkward, passing through the garage and exposed, and the front‑desk staff weren’t very clear before letting me out of the checkpoint. Guests had to go through the car entrance that leads to other motel rooms, which was very bad.

“Boa!”

The hydro‑massaging suites are perfect and the tub works well, yet twice the water stopped filling and a pump‑like noise started while it tried to pull water in and never finished.

“Excelente custo-beneficio.”

The comfort, cleanliness, and very polite, helpful staff made the large, private, secure room a pleasure. Even during Carnival, when it was packed, they kept the standard. The location is a drawback because it’s hard for rideshare apps like Uber or 99 to drop you off.

“Gostei muito, ao ponto de voltar.”

Very good, comfortable, clean, just missed a place to hang clothes since I stayed more than one night. The food options could have been broader.
