Everything was really good, but I think charging more than a dollar for a hot water kettle is wrong; it should be free.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport was a big plus, but there was no water dispenser.

The restaurant area and the staff there were 10 points! The reception staff spoke to us Argentines in a completely inappropriate way, which was utterly deplorable. If they don’t like their job, that’s another matter.

The location and closeness to the airport are good, the dinner restaurant is fine, and the prices are reasonable. However, this was the first time we felt so disappointed even though we’ve stayed here before because it’s so convenient for airport trips. Room 03’s bathroom was extremely cramped, lacked a shower mat, and the sink was so low that you hit your head on the base of the mirror when you bend to wash your face. There was a lot of noise that sounded like construction demolition at 23:45 on a Saturday. When we asked for water for the mate at the breakfast restaurant, they reluctantly told us we had to pay for it, and it was still more expensive than at a gas station. We’re really disappointed and probably won’t return.
