The location was close to Termini, the staff were attentive, and the sheets were clean. There is a staircase, and because of knee pain I had trouble with the staff carrying luggage, plus there was a damp smell in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at Roman Nights! The staff were exceptionally kind and helped make my parents’ and my trip to Rome a lovely memory. The accommodation was spotless, the location convenient for exploring, and the value was excellent. We arrived early from Vienna, well before check‑in, and the staff offered my parents bread and snacks to eat while we waited, showed us where the bathroom was, and reminded us to keep an eye on our belongings while wandering Rome. We really appreciated those thoughtful gestures! Thank you for welcoming us so warmly and taking such good care of my parents. I would gladly stay here again.

The location was great, within walking distance of most attractions, and there was a lift for luggage. The place was very clean. The room and bathroom were quite small, so it may not suit larger people or those with mobility impairments; let the staff know of any impairments so they can advise.
