I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of this hotel, which also boasted a great location and friendly staff. While it's difficult to find fault with the value for money, I did feel that the quality of service and amenities was somewhat lacking, considering the price.

My experience at this hotel was a complete letdown. I had booked and received confirmation, but when I arrived in Shimla, I was unable to reach the hotel staff despite multiple attempts. They failed to answer my calls, and I ended up checking into a different hotel, which left me thoroughly disappointed with their service.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, from the warm welcome I received upon arrival to the smooth and efficient check-in process. The staff were always friendly and willing to lend a helping hand, which made my entire experience truly enjoyable. I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's high standards and would highly recommend it to others.
