I was truly impressed by the hotel's beauty, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations when I discovered that the advertised roof terrace didn't exist. The price of around $1200 per night was also a major letdown, as I've stayed at hotels of similar quality for significantly less.

The hotel's location and service were both excellent, making for a great stay.

I was pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of my room, as well as the hotel's hygiene products. However, I was disappointed by the poorly located reception area and the fact that breakfast was served à la carte rather than as a buffet.

I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of a black male staff member and the cleanliness of the hotel's interior. However, my experience was severely tainted by the discriminatory treatment I witnessed towards a black female staff member and an Asian staff member. I was shocked to see that the staff members who couldn't speak English were using a translation device, and when they made mistakes, they would mock each other in front of me.
