We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The family room we booked was supposed to be clean, but it was clear that it hadn't been properly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, with visible stains in the shower, and there were even foot marks on the walls. The towels were old and worn out, and the toilet paper was subpar. To make matters worse, the room didn't have any working TV channels and no air conditioning or fan to keep us cool.

I was a bit worried about the weather, but the place gave me peace of mind. However, the lack of heating or air conditioning made it a bit chilly, especially on a rainy day. It wasn't a major issue, but it would've been nice to have some way to warm up.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The view from our room was stunning, and the rooms themselves were beautifully decorated. It was a great start to our stay.

We were pleased with the cleanliness of our room and the safety features of the property. The view from our room was nice, and we felt secure during our stay. However, the TV wasn't working properly, which was a bit of a nuisance.
