The experience was terrible; the taps leaked water that smelled and tasted awful, there was no water in the room, and it wasn't even a suite. Nobody was at the reception, they claimed they weren't listed on any online platform, and they only let me stay after I insisted.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel due to the extremely poor state of their bathroom facilities. The water was contaminated, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this place. The overall quality of the hotel fell short of my expectations.
