“Lovely Japanese style guest house in a unique location opposite Mount Fuji. Very peaceful in a small lakeside resort in”

The location is fantastic, right on the lake with an unobstructed view of Mount Fuji, and the Japanese‑style décor is lovely. The only issue was that we didn’t know we’d have to share the bathroom with other guests because the house has three rooms; it would have helped to know that ahead of time, but the place was cleaned every morning so it wasn’t a problem.

The view and location are unbeatable, sitting right beside the lake. The only drawback is that it’s a bit pricey.

The view of Mount Fuji was amazing! Avoid evening access because there are no buses; a taxi is super expensive.

The room was traditional, comfortable, and offered a view of the lake and Mount Fuji. The guesthouse provided everything we needed, including a full kitchen and a large common room.
