The staff were really attentive and they let us leave our boards on the premises, plus there were drying racks for clothes. But the room itself was a bit cramped and the shower had no door or curtain, so water splashed everywhere. The bathroom even had ants, no hand soap, and no storage space. On top of that, the place doesn’t have a shared kitchen, so the room I stayed in had no kitchen or dishes even though the photos showed one.

The spot’s location is solid – the neighborhood is calm, easy to get to, and you’re close to the main points of Ubatuba and the beach at Pereque. The hosts are super friendly and we loved chatting with them. The room was spotless and smelled great, and even though there’s no AC, the fan kept it cool at night. I’m definitely coming back; it’s a great value, especially for surfers.

The place was lovely, clean, and smelled nice. The hosts were amazing – really good people – and I’ll be back for sure. It was a great experience in Ubatuba.

The location is great, but the price felt a bit steep and there was no microwave in the room. Parking is on the street, and one other guest kept banging on everyone’s doors at night to get out of the gate, the only one allowed to park inside. The owners didn’t do anything about it.
