“Beautiful setting next to lake”
The hotel’s location is amazing, mainly a restaurant with a few rooms upstairs. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. We ate lunch at the restaurant, which was excellent and offered great views of Lake Como. Road parking is a bonus. It’s an ideal spot to explore Lake Como. The rooms are quite basic and don’t match the decor and restaurant downstairs. If they upgraded the rooms, it would become an exceptional lakeside spot.
The staff, view, and food were fantastic.

The view was nice and Mr. Elia’s service was good – thanks to him. The way to get there is terrible; it’s a single road that stretches 10 km with only two cars passing. The room has no wardrobe, is very small, and there’s no elevator. Breakfast is insufficient, and the staff’s performance is very low except for Mr. Elia. The neighboring room’s noise is full in our room, and the rooms are extremely noisy.

The spot is great—far enough from the crowds yet close to the iconic places around Lake Como. The staff were friendly and genuinely welcoming, and we could park our car in one of the hotel’s spots. Breakfast was delicious, though we were disappointed the hotel restaurant was closed; the front‑desk clerk kindly booked us a table at a nearby eatery, and the food there was tasty. Overall, we loved everything!

The location was perfect, the staff were amazing, and the food was flawless! Situated right by the Nesso waterfall with ferry access, the staff were some of the nicest and most helpful people we met on our trip, and they offer an incredible breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. Air conditioning was essential in the summer. Five stars all around. Honestly we loved everything, but if I had to choose one thing, the room could have been larger… but it’s Italy… all rooms are small.
