The location is perfect. The staff are very nice and helped with tours and city questions. There’s laundry, a restaurant, a café, bike rental, an ATM, and a massage all in the same square as the hostel. They offer good price and quality. I missed a common area with air conditioning. The only options were the bedroom and the reception. Socializing was hard because there was no comfortable space.

Service, facility, bed, privacy. The water poured down from the AC at 2 am in Room B and they could not solve the problem.

I felt unsafe and ended up getting robbed while staying in the dorm.

I liked the location and the price, but the shower had a fabric curtain that let bugs in and the cat used the sink as a toilet while I was inside. The beds were hard leather, yet I managed to get a mattress topper from reception. The social area is just a few coaches away in an outdoor sheltered space with a fountain, so it's not very social as advertised.

The room was comfy and practical, right next to everything we needed, which made our stay really pleasant. I’d definitely recommend it!
