Nothing it was dirty and bathroom was disgusting. Unpainted mis matched drywall. Garbage from previous rental still there. PMs should be taking more care in selecting their misrepresented properties and do more inspections. Dirty No negotiation for refund, with pictures showing I cleaned apt with poop in toilet, floor, old garbage still under sink. The 12” matress is a brick! And why should I have to pay an additional deposit of $100 personally when I booked with

The location was not as originally advertised. When I first looked it showed on the map closer to the Chateu Lacombe but it was closer to the baseball fields. The room was not at all what was shown in the pictures. They clearly used AI on their pics to make it look more desirable. The bed is a pull out and the mattress is a foamy. The kitchen and bathroom are old and have cracked and dirty flooring and the bedroom is locked up.
