The resort offers a lot—Dive Center, two swimming pools, three restaurants, spa and fitness, tennis courts, boccia, and more. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the food selection is wide. I personally liked the breakfast buffet, which had a huge variety and included cooked dishes; the eggs/omelette were a bit overcooked and dry, but otherwise good. Dinner at the specialty restaurants (Seagull, Al Fresco) and the Orangerie was also very good. Some dishes were overcooked and the fish often dry, yet the variety was excellent and there was something for everyone. At the beach, the “sales” guys were a bit too intrusive—always trying to sell spa, cosmetics, trips, etc.—which annoyed me over time, but if you say no firmly they let you be. Food in the Orangerie was fine, but I had diarrhea a few times despite the Perenterol, unsure if it was food or water; the stews were often overcooked. I’d give the food 3 out of 5 stars, and the Seagull and Al Fresco restaurants 4 out of 5.

The resort is spacious, well‑maintained, and feels lovingly cared for. The beach is clean and you can always find a spot that offers privacy. The reef is small but beautiful—there’s plenty for hobby snorkelers to explore. The food is exceptionally varied and nicely presented, and we enjoyed everything taste‑wise. The staff, both in the building and on the beach, are courteous, attentive, and nice. On the downside, a broken air‑conditioner made one night at 31 °C impossible to sleep. Construction work took place one day right next to our room—this could have been handled better. The water bottles in the room were reusable, so it’s unclear where the water came from or how fresh it was; some bottles were already three weeks old. We found an opened Cola in the minibar. I booked this place solely because of its dive base, so I felt compelled to mention that we, complete novices, expected a friendlier, family‑like atmosphere. Some of the staff seemed more focused on the parallel dive‑pro operation, making us feel intrusive. We stopped trying snorkel because we felt very uncomfortable. Everything felt hectic and was spoken in Arabic. We were very disappointed. Still, we did a snorkeling trip with the dive base, which went very well, and the guide was exceptionally friendly and attentive.

L hôtel est très beau. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et assez exceptionnel ! Le club enfant est très bien. Merci à Sarah pour sa gentillesse avec notre fils. Très bon club de plongée, du matériel au top et une super équipe. Très belle salle de sport, avec de beaux equipements bien entretenus. Mention spéciale pour ebiad et abdelmalak qui faisaient le ménage. Merci pour votre sympathie et votre prévenance. Un grand merci à Mustapha sur la plage pour son aide et sa bienveillance. Malheureusement sur place, nous sommes des usines à dépenser de l argent ! Tout est payant et avec des prix occidentaux. Le personnel de l hôtel ne cesse de vous vendre des activités, des repas, des prestations. Cela en est fatiguant, limite anxiogène à la longue. Autre chose, pourquoi installer des piscines si les enfants n' ont pas le droit d'y jouer ? Le moindre petit rire d enfant et le maître nageur vient de nous demander de faire moins de bruit. Si vous ne voulez pas d enfant dans l hôtel, assumez directement !!!! L hôtel est éloigné de tout, un seul bus pour aller en ville par semaine et juste une heure. Si on veut sortir par notre propre moyen, l hôtel nous fait signer une décharge comme pour nous donner le sentiment que nous sommes en insécurité sans eux dehors. Le club de plongée, si le prix d une plongée paraît abordable il faut rajouter beaucoup de frais annexes ( location du matériel, staff, bateau, bus.) au final la plongée est plus chère qu en France ! La plage et la piscine. Les transats sont pris d assaut par des personnes qui finalement partent au petit déjeuner, au restaurant ou même en activité. Pas la peine de penser avoir un transat en début d après midi
