The hosts were very friendly, and breakfast was served in a beautiful garden. The building includes a fully equipped kitchenette. There is public parking, and the city centre is reachable on foot or by bus from a nearby stop.

The room was clean with a private balcony and the breakfast was good. However, there was no hot water at 10 pm when we returned, and again at 8 am when we woke up; only around 9–10 am after breakfast did hot water become available. The bathroom is very small. Free parking is available on the public street, but you must find a spot.

The bedding, cleanliness, and staff were all acceptable. The downside was having to present yourself at the MD at a fixed time requested by the owner upon arrival. There is no mini‑bar or fridge in the room, and the courtyard lacks any relaxation spots like a bench or a swing.
