“No volvería”

The hotel’s surroundings are beautiful, surrounded by coffee plantations and nature. We had to leave very early because we had an 8:00 flight, and they kindly moved breakfast forward so we could eat before we left. The room’s cleanliness could have been better, and there were several insects in the room. I understand that the hotel is in a natural setting and insects can appear, but that’s why I think they should improve room insulation, as the windows and doors had many gaps and cracks that let insects in easily. The pool was quite dirty, and the cleaning system wasn’t even working, so I didn’t feel like swimming. The views from the pool weren’t what the hotel photos showed, because they’re currently doing work right in front and there are tarps covering the view. The hotel restaurants seemed expensive for the quality of the food, and there were barely any vegetarian options and the service didn’t meet expectations.

The views at the hotel are amazing; it’s a place to isolate yourself and enjoy nature. The bonus is that you can do the coffee tour on the estate for an extra fee. The only thing I didn’t like was that if you’re hungry after 8 pm, it’s hard to find food unless you bring a car, because the restaurant closes early and there are no nearby restaurants or shops.

The facilities are beautiful, the view is selective, and the location is great. The massage was excellent and the tubs were relaxing. Make sure you tell the staff ahead of time to warm the jacuzzi; it takes a while.
