I really liked the rooms from the inside; they’re big and beautiful. The staff don’t speak English, the massage area was cold, and the hair spa was very unpleasant. Overall, they’re still improving and building—things are in progress, what’s good now will be even better in the future.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, thanks to the fantastic service and spotless rooms. The staff, particularly Ms. Dung, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The only downside was that some facilities were under repair, which meant we couldn't use them all.

I was blown away by the spaciousness of the room - it was seriously impressive. The only downside was the tiny kitchen, but that was about it.

This villa exceeded my expectations in every way. The pictures didn't do it justice - the real thing is even more stunning. The place is spotless and well-maintained, with everything you could possibly need. They even provided an induction stove when we asked, so we could cook freely, and we were able to have our own campfire right in front of the villa. The lake-like pool is a natural oasis, unlike any ordinary pool, and we had it all to ourselves, which made it even more enjoyable.

As soon as we arrived from Hanoi, we were struck by the hotel's serene atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings. The staff, especially Ms. Zung, were incredibly helpful and organized our entire stay, from welcome to excursions. While the property is still developing, we loved the massage area and would suggest a more international breakfast with more fruit and desserts. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.
