The location matched our needs for the trip, but the advertised air‑conditioning didn’t cool the upstairs rooms—it only worked in the ground‑floor living area. During a heatwave we had to move two single beds into the lounge to find any coolness. The supposedly non‑smoking accommodation was soaked in a strong, lingering cigarette smell on the ground floor, especially in the curtains. Overall, the place fell far short of our expectations: it wasn’t clean enough, walls and fixtures were worn or broken, the ground‑floor toilet didn’t work, the bathroom was inconvenient, a glass wall was blocked by concrete blocks, the stairs were uncomfortable, and the outdoor access was messy with pallets, plants, and construction debris. The exterior didn’t match the ad’s description, with a poorly maintained environment and construction waste. The bedding was uncomfortable and several pieces were broken or old. These problems, combined with poor sleep conditions, forced us to leave early and book a hotel at our own expense. Based on our experience, I do not recommend this place. The main issue is the huge gap between the booking description and the reality on site.
