Sanctuary by the Sea – Room, bathroom, access, parking

I can’t thank the lovely, super friendly hosts enough. They were very warm and welcoming, ensuring my stay was delightful. The room is spacious, quiet, and warm, with a TV and a coffee/tea maker, and the bed was super comfy. The private bath features a nice shower with excellent water pressure. Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness.

The host, Kam, was amazing and made our stay very enjoyable; the room had everything we needed and was very comfortable and relaxing, though a light near the rear entrance to the private room would have been useful.

They took my money, even though the property owner later told me they already had a booking.

“Excellent room and location.”

The owner was very friendly and helpful, the room was perfect for our needs with tea and coffee facilities included, and the value was decent compared to local hotel prices; I would definitely return. The only slight criticism is the lack of a small lock on the guest door; I understand this is someone's house, but it should be a standard cosmetic feature.

“Prima verblijf, fijne uitvalsbasis voor Brighton.”

Beautiful spot with a great view, incredibly welcoming reception, always available for questions, and close to Rotting Dean with delicious food at the White Horses.
