I dropped off my luggage before check‑in time and was told it was okay, and the hotel is very close to Teatro Verde and Duomo, so the location is excellent. Nothing else to note.

Very central location, no car needed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would have liked two pillows in the bed per person.

Breakfast was good, staff were friendly, the location was excellent, but the room felt a bit small.

The location was great.

The location was good, but my room wasn’t soundproof: the door wasn’t insulated and every time someone walked in the corridor you could hear everything. On Saturday people came back at all hours, the last at 4:30, so my sleep was interrupted.
