“Great stay over, felt refreshed for next flight to destination 🙏”
We absolutely adored this place; the staff were fantastic and extremely accommodating. Nothing else to add.
“Perfect clean location”
The location is convenient for the airport, and the staff are friendly. They’re also helpful and offer a free bus to both terminals.
“If you have a shorter than 12 hours transfer stay at the airport”
The room was lovely, but it smelled of smoke. By the time everything was sorted, I didn’t go downstairs to change. The beds are comfy and the room is clean, yet the whole experience wasn’t very satisfying. I wrote to the hotel twice to ask if they had a shuttle to the airport, and they never got back to me. I had fully prepared for China with an eSIM and a bank account attached to my credit card when I got there. When I arrived, there was no Wi‑Fi, and neither the eSIM (Airaloo) nor the app for card payments worked, and no one spoke English at the airport or later at the hotel. One woman selling eSIM cards spoke a little English and called transport for us. We went to where she said for pick up and a van arrived with many adults and children and they could not explain where they were going, but we got in anyway and luckily arrived at the hotel. At the hotel no one understood us and they hadn’t taken payment for the room from our credit cards. None of our cards seemed to work. Eventually, my HSBC card worked to pay for the room. All this took over two hours and we had booked this hotel to get some rest as we had to leave at 5.30 am for an early flight. Next time I would stay at the airport.

I’ve been staying here in China since August 5, and it’s a great hotel. The self‑laundry lets me wash my clothes, and the food is delicious. My husband and I will book it again when we travel to Haikou a few years later, and we’re very happy to have stayed for three nights. The staff are very friendly and willing to help, even though many of them can’t speak English.
It’s close to the airport, but there’s no restaurant.
