Well‑located. Air‑conditioned, clean room. The lower‑floor room was really worse than the others, had a stale smell, and the hallway was very dirty with used sheets piled up.

It was on Taskim Square. The staff were unhelpful, the room was too small, the washroom was tiny with no amenities, towels, bedsheets, or other basics were old and smelly. The pillows were broken, the AC didn’t work, and there were no tissues, water, or tea/coffee.

The staff, location, and cleanliness were fine. The entrance was on a very steep hill, not good if you have a back injury.
