The boy was cordial and friendly, helped with luggage, and was very polite; the location was ideal, close to the temple and the wedding hall, but the room was very dusty, the bedsheets and pillow covers were unclean and dirty, the fan was very dusty, there were no toiletries, and the bathroom was rusty and unclean.

There was no proper response; booking advertised a free breakfast that was not available, making it unsuitable for families, and the place was very dirty.

Nothing was good, and it was the worst place to stay; the price is too high and no facilities match the price, so for just a bed and bathroom I could get a better hotel for far less.

I didn't stay long enough to try breakfast, it was hard to locate the hotel, and the area felt unsafe for a woman traveling alone, leaving me feeling unsafe and uncomfortable; the location, room, staff, and almost everything about the place were disappointing.
