The rooms were nicely decorated and the location was pleasant, which made it a solid choice for a family trip. We especially appreciated how kid‑friendly the place felt.
“Klimatyczne miejsce ze świetną obsługą, ogrodem i resteuracją”
The bartender was friendly and knew his stuff, and our room was tastefully done with comfy beds that made it easy to relax. The food was tasty and the evening Krusovice drinks were a real treat. At night, however, some unknown device would switch on and a foul wind hinted at a nearby sewage, which kept us a bit uneasy. We only got two nights in and didn't get much garden time, though my son liked the climbing wall and the little animal area.

When we first got the wrong room, the receptionist quickly sorted it out and even upgraded us to a larger suite with a terrace, and the kids loved the animal corner, climbing frames, bounce castle and trampoline. The kitchen served solid meals and the staff were on point. The downside was that our new room sat right above a septic area that was overflowing, sending a strong odor into the room and making it impossible to keep the windows shut on a hot night.
We kept getting swarmed by flies coming from the nearby zoo area, which made the stay pretty uncomfortable. Otherwise nothing else stood out.
The rooms were nicely equipped, spotless, and the staff were pleasant, which was a plus. Unfortunately, right by the entrance there was a lot of unfinished construction debris, and because the windows had to stay open (no AC) smoke from a large smokehouse drifted in. Our room seemed to be above the technical area, so we constantly heard rattling and some woodwork going on, which completely ruined the quiet forest vibe we expected.
