“Good area. Lovely staff”
We enjoyed the hot tub and the staff were very helpful, and we took a lovely soak; the downstairs views and location were lovely, and the surrounding area is absolutely charming—I’d love to spend more time there someday. The downside was that there is no elevator, so our upstairs room was inconvenient, and there was no staff to assist with luggage; I’m not sure if this was mentioned on the website, but if it was, I missed it.

The view and the spacious room were great, but the shared balcony and the overall standard for a four‑star property fell short.
“A wonderful place outside and inside”
The location by the lake is fantastic, and our room on the 3rd floor was magnificent—nothing to complain about. Breakfast was also great, but we missed dinner because it was a "Wirtesonntag." We would book again anytime. Everything else pleased us, though a luggage lift would help avoid the four-step stairwell and make hauling bags easier for the staff. The stairs are steep but manageable with some extra effort, even for someone over 70. The request for a lift is justified, but for our room everything was cozy and satisfactory.
