The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with everything needed for a short stay, and we were very satisfied! To make it perfect, I’d suggest a soap dispenser by the sink and a towel hook near the washbasin.

The location, comfortable bed, and even the spacious bathroom were good, plus the coffee set was a plus. It was quiet enough to relax, and the quick response to the booking (which I made with little notice, on the day of arrival) was much appreciated. The ceiling lighting was interesting. However, there was no way to adjust the air‑conditioning—it seemed fixed (electronic with a touch panel), and I was hot—an instruction sheet for guests would help. A power strip would also be useful to plug in a kettle; someone had mentioned it needed to be set on the floor.

The central location in the town and the shower were great, but the room was tiny, the pillows were low, and the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

The guesthouse is in Piazza, a newly renovated part of the house, 5 minutes on foot from the historic center, with impeccable cleanliness, basic and sober furnishings, a kettle, coffee, and public parking in front of the building. The breakfast is missing; add mini soap dispensers (they were lacking), a fold‑away coat rack, a towel holder near the washbasin, and the staircase to the upper floor is questionable (normal?). Access to the house is via a key box. You can’t bring your own bike because there is no storage and you’d have to leave it in the car (also no).
