Concept Terrace Hotel

“Excellent stay”

The stay was fabulous! Palmira, Ariana, Vincenzo, and Sonia were excellent hosts. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well kept. The hotel is close to all kinds of restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended. Thank you.

“Meget fornøyde og anbefaler hotellet gjerne.”

The staff were helpful and made you feel at home; the balcony was a big plus, as was the fantastic rooftop terrace. You had to ask for coffee cups every day, and there were ugly scuffs on the shower floor.

Breakfast was nice, and the location is very good, close to Termini, bus, and metro.

“מלון בוטיק מרכזי ונח.”

Boutique hotel located on the fifth floor of an office building, very close to the center, we received a five‑person suite right across from the elevator. There was noise from people standing there and talking at night (outside the hotel grounds). The suite was pretty, renovated like in the pictures, a bit cramped for five but we managed. The owner was very nice. Breakfast was weak in quality, not suitable for Israelis; we settled for cornflakes and a few dry toast slices. Orange juice could be requested. Overall, I recommend it for someone looking for a decent, clean, central hotel. Breakfast and the room across from the elevator were the only negatives.

“Great place to stay near historic sights and the subway.”

Rooms were nice with a great balcony. Breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was great - made restaurant recommendations, called cabs, helped out any way possible. Pillows could have been better. We requested two twin beds, but got one queen bed
