I won’t lie, the place is nice and a good spot for families to unwind, especially on the first visit I really liked it. But on our second trip with a friend, the owner told us on arrival that our booking was unavailable because someone else had taken our room; he refunded us, yet we were left many kilometers from home with no place to sleep. He mentioned a few nearby accommodations but they were out of our budget, so he offered us a basement room that clearly served as a storage area—there was a bike in the middle and cobwebs everywhere.

Despite paying in advance, we didn't get the room we booked. Instead, we were offered a room in a different location in a renovated building. It was freezing cold.

There was no stay because the owner rented the room to someone else and forgot to enter the details into the system. When I arrived, the room was already occupied.

The rooms are part of a residential house, which wasn't clearly stated in the offer. The room we booked didn't match the description, and on the day of our stay, it was swapped with another guest without prior notice. The bathroom is not private, it's on the corridor. The kitchen is shared, and there's no working oven, but the microwave needs a good clean before use. The bathroom cleanliness is also subpar.
