Breakfast and breakfast arrangements were very good. Dinner was a bit disappointing. The service was slow and less attentive but i suspect that having to manage two other simultaneous events with a small number of staff did not help. Some of the food arrived cold. Drinks arrived 2/3 way through our meal. Staff were apologetic and generally very friendly though

The location was good, but the room felt very dated and breakfast was quite poor.

The location was perfect for touring Coronation Street and the Trafford Centre. We didn’t use the complimentary pool and sauna, but the cast‑iron restaurant was amazing and Alison was great, though everything felt a bit pricey, especially bar snacks and coffee. Our train was cancelled, forcing us to cut a night from a two‑night stay and return to London without a refund because we booked through a third‑party. Reception claimed the tour was far away (only 15‑20 minutes), and when they arranged a taxi we told them to accept card payment, but the taxi only took cash.

The place is pretty and offers excellent facilities with super friendly staff, but I couldn’t plug my phone into the bedside outlet anywhere, which is annoying—perhaps a safety issue, but it still bothers me.
