The Diplomat Inn in Niagara Falls offers clean, comfortable rooms with air-conditioning, private bathrooms, and modern amenities, including free WiFi and city views. The hotel features a sun terrace, hot tub, and outdoor seating area, as well as a coffee shop, picnic area, and electric vehicle charging station. It's a 7-minute walk from Skylon Tower and near Journey Behind the Falls and Horseshoe Falls.

The location was fine, but I was warned to be cautious when giving personal info at check‑in. The staff copied my credit card, even the CVV code, and wouldn’t show me the copy until I insisted. After that, they finally processed the deposit correctly, which should have happened from the start. The rooms had a weird odor, and without an elevator, lugging luggage up was a hassle. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I’d advise others to be very careful with their data at this hotel.

Netflix et prime video dans les chambre. La toilette s est bloqué , un des tiroir du lit etait brisé. Nous etions 4 sur la réservation, il y avais que des serviettes et autres pour deux . nous avons du aller en demander. Et nous avons du payer 15$ pour un deuxième parking

The location was good, the room was spacious, and parking was free. The floors were a little dirty—our bare feet turned black walking around.

The room was stunning—marble floors, brand‑new white furniture, a coffee table that lifts up to become a dining or desk surface, a super comfy bed, and high‑tech lights, mirrors, and key system. The shower was perfect. The location was great; I walked to all the major sights, though a cheap Uber would save a 1‑2 mile walk. The staff were all friendly. I’d definitely return and recommend it to everyone. 10/10!
