Any floor after reception (9th floor) has no elevator, so you have to carry all your bags and suitcases—only minus.

It was in the center, which is a plus. They advertised a lift on site, but it only goes to the hotel floor; to reach the rooms we had to carry heavy luggage up two flights of stairs.

Location and room size were good. I couldn’t fathom the TV, the room door was hard to open, and the bathroom had a large window that wouldn’t shut. Breakfast was a poor choice; the only hot food was cold. I had to ask every time I wanted coffee and then go down a flight of stairs to find someone.

The location is fantastic, but the mattress was worn out and needed replacing.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The place was awful and I lost my clothes in the hotel. The air‑conditioning keeps shutting off every few minutes, which is terrible.
