It was a solid hotel; the first night I landed in a spot that wasn’t clean, but after I mentioned it I was moved to a top‑clean room, and the staff were very friendly. The location is great for Ubud, right in the center.

The hotel is centrally located and the staff are cheerful. The lower‑floor rooms have a damp smell; the honeymoon suite had an air purifier and it worked well, so the others should get one too.

The meals were tasty. The toilet water wouldn’t stop or flush, and they didn’t change the towel when I asked, so I had to request it myself.

The setting is cozy, the staff are courteous and responsive to requests, and the rooms are clean—though the sheets were a bit dirty and the rooms could use a refresh. The pools are nice. The sweet breakfast had limited variety.
