The only plus was the friendly staff, the lake view, and the tasty breakfast. There was no access to the spa even though it was offered, the room had a mattress and only bare bulbs hanging – the lampshade was damaged and not replaced. There was no kettle in the room. We never saw any alpacas during our stay. Three people shared the room, and the cleaning fluid was barely enough. The parking was very small.

The spot’s location, the lake‑view restaurant, the quiet and calm vibes, and the alpacas were all great, but there’s no separate bike storage like a shed or garage. The only option on the property is a cramped old shed that doubles as a tool shed, where you can try to squeeze bikes into a play area that’s in need of repair.

Close to the lake and good views. The internet in the rooms worked poorly and the TV was bad.

The staff were polite. The location was very good. Breakfast and restaurant food were good. The hotel is already old, and the price for a room without a balcony is too high.
