We actually stayed at another property owned by the same person and it was a great experience. The style is modern, it’s newly renovated (as far as we could judge), and it’s easy to park even though it’s in the centre of the village. Nothing to complain about.

Philoxenia sits right in the middle of town, just a two‑minute stroll to the port and local shops, and the UK‑born owner greeted us warmly. Both bedrooms opened onto a spacious terrace, and the place was quiet with a powerful shower that left a great impression. On the downside, the Wi‑Fi was unusable, and the beds felt old and uncomfortable.

We were upgraded to a nicer room, which we truly appreciated. The building feels brand new—everything inside is mint—simple, straightforward, and modern, equipped with everything you could need for a short or long stay, and it’s located right next to the waterfront.
