The reception, waiting, restaurant, pool and cleaning staff were all incredibly polite and helpful to my family, making the resort feel spacious and perfect for a walk on the beach. We’ll definitely return.

The location and the grassy area in front of the hotel were nice. The experience felt a bit jaded.

The garden and resting areas were quite good. You can’t work on your laptop at the restaurant. The staff were rude at every level. The rooms were full of insects. They gave you the worst room to force you into a better view.

The breakfast was fine, the location was great. The bathroom design needs redesign; it requires drainage outside the shower, the toilet water pressure is weak, and after cleaning it still smells.

The room was cleaned daily. The breakfasts were generous, mostly Asian options. The room was spacious, with everything needed and even more. It’s right on the beach. Unfortunately it’s a huge resort, so searching for silence and peace is in vain. On the first day there was a huge, terribly loud party on the resort grounds. The reception staff apologized a lot, but what can you do? The restaurant staff didn’t speak English at all, so ordering anything was a real challenge. The food (ordered from the menu) was not top‑class. The lighting in the room was poorly arranged.
