The view and scenery were beautiful, and the crew on board was very friendly. The bathroom, bedroom, and bedding were unclean and smelled bad; the dock was right where we boarded, surrounded by speed‑boat activity, not the peaceful environment we expected, so it would have been better as a day trip.

My partner and I spent one night on the houseboat. It has three rooms, but only ours was occupied, so we had the boat entirely to ourselves. Communication with the onboard staff was fairly simple despite the language barrier, while the guy “on land” who handled logistics and organization spoke English well enough to make communication easy. We spent about €120 in total and the service was as follows: pick‑up at 12 (very punctual), lunch served at 12:45, very good and generous. A tour of the canals on a smaller boat (the highlight of the experience!). Then navigation on the larger canals on the main boat. A stop to see a church and a stroll around local shops. Fried banana as an afternoon snack. We kept sailing until about 18, then anchored for the night. There was the option to get off the boat for a walk around the area. Dinner served at 19:30, again very good and generous. The overnight room was clean and functional, with air conditioning, and the hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly. Breakfast was served the next day at 8, departure at 8:30, and the drop‑off at 9 was again very punctual. Truly a peaceful and relaxing experience, everything perfect.

Yes, it was a wonderful experience. We are so happy we did it. Check‑in with Shenil was easy! On board Achu was perfect—Manu was too, of course, but we shared some really special moments with Achu. We really enjoyed ourselves, and the food was excellent—even a bit too plentiful! Have a great evening, good luck, and well done! A little more attention to the cleaning of the fans, little things.
