“Una struttura pulitissima”
The place is simple but well‑maintained, with nice rooms that include a windowed bathroom inside a sort of apartment that has another room, a kitchen, and a small terrace to share with the occupants of the other room. The location is convenient, in the town centre, close to many services, the Riotorto beach, and a 10‑minute drive away. It’s hard to find a cleaner property; the owner clearly cares a lot. It’s truly impeccable, well done. On the other hand, as someone who treats breakfast like a child treats Christmas, I have to admit the wake‑ups were a bit sad. I’m sorry to say that the breakfast area felt more like a supermarket’s packaged goods section, everything pre‑packed, even the coffee. Fresh items were only a couple of fruits and a brioche. Since I don’t like sweets (especially biscuits or plastic snacks), it was tough to have breakfast, and I would have liked to know this before booking. Nothing to complain about if I were staying in a hostel abroad, but for a room over 100 euros per night in beautiful Maremma I expect not luxury but something homemade and genuine. Apart from that, the property has many admirable qualities, and perhaps those less fixated on food will appreciate the breakfast (surely very tidy and hygienic, all in comfortable single portions… everything is spotless here too).
The B&B’s quiet location, easy parking, room and house cleanliness, a nice breakfast with croissants, biscuits, fruit, milk, yogurt, etc., and the great hospitality of Silvia were all highlights. Nothing negative.

The garden is a welcoming B&B well‑structured in Riotorto (a suburb of Piombino behind the Torre Mozza beaches). It consists of a building with four units and a shared kitchen. The interiors are spacious, modern, and pleasantly furnished. The breakfast area is in a small garden building. The self‑service breakfast offers a wide range of products and fresh brioche of excellent quality. Cars can be parked along the quiet adjacent road. Host Silvia is very courteous and cooperative. The price is reasonable. Nothing to criticize.
Great B&B in a good spot with incredibly kind staff. Even though I didn’t read some instructions, they were very helpful. The room was lovely, with a clean shower and bed. The breakfast was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised. Kudos!

Colazione top, ben organizzata e con vasta scelta. Comunicazione precisa ma purtroppo solo telefonicamente perché nessun contratto personale con lo staff; questo però non ha creato nessuna difficoltà. Purtroppo la difficoltà di parcheggio vista la posizione centrale
