The buffet was excellent; they should open it a little earlier than 8, maybe between 7 and 7:30. My boyfriend wound up spending a lot of money on coffee because he is up early and ended up going to the coffee bar, which is open at 7

“We will not be back and were extremely disappointed”

The location was good, but the hotel felt more mid‑range than the high‑end image it promised. I waited over two hours for my room even though the place wasn’t busy. The room didn’t have the balcony it advertised, and the view was just the parking lot. I paid a lot for nothing. The lobby had no comfy chairs and was cluttered with arcade games, even though there’s a huge arcade downstairs. Food choices were limited, so I had to leave for dinner. The coffee shop didn’t serve hot food, even a bagel, and it shut down at noon despite advertising otherwise.

“Facility needs updating, resort was decent but could have been better. Waterpark very crowded.”

Common areas were clean. Room was comfortable but in need of update. Smelled a bit musty. Shower handle was broke but working. The musty smell in our room. Parking lot was jammed and they charge you $25 per night even though you're a paying guest
