The staff and the venue were amazing. The only downside was the noise from the karaoke downstairs in the pub, but we were warned and given ear plugs. It stopped at 12, which was no problem for us 😊

The room was lovely and stocked with coffee and tea. Holly was friendly and polite, answering all our questions. The bathroom was a little small and the car parking was also tight, making it difficult to get in and out with our car.

The view from the room was great. There were no clear instructions for the car park.

The location was great and the staff were very good, but the room was problematic: we got locked in twice because of a faulty door handle, and my husband had to help us out. The toilet leaked, so the value for the price was definitely not good. Overall, it needs a refurb.
