“Among the worst experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend it at all”

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever; after paying more than the agreed price, the staff forced us to leave early in the morning, claiming a booking even though we still had four days left after staying three nights. The staff were unprofessional and dishonest, and I had to call the police and change hotels mid‑day. Completely unacceptable and poorly managed; I do not recommend this place at all.

“There are lot of options in the vicinity, either go for the brands in zamalek area or just book a hotel for a day online”

The location is great, with easy access to good restaurants and nightlife, especially around Ramadan. However, the washroom was stinky, rooms were decent but lacked regular cleaning, and the breakfast was not suitable for foreigners.

I had a terrible experience at a hostel in Cairo, which left a lasting impression on me. Before even checking in, I was so unimpressed that I left the place and asked for a refund. The staff's lack of professionalism and honesty was shocking, and I lost trust in their application. I will not be using their service again.

“Wonderful visit”

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the exceptional staff and impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. The facilities were also top-notch, and I was impressed by the overall quality of the hotel. I'm already planning my next visit and can't wait to experience it again.
