The location and amenities were fine, but the bathroom smelled. On the first night I had trouble with the remote, and an Asian woman at the desk was no help at all. I told her I had no hot water, she did nothing; I mentioned the shower was slippery, but I had to ask a cleaning staff member, and he got me a mat.

Location ! The staff was exceptional! Everyone was so nice! From the front desk to our service all 3 days at Breakfast! Liz had such a warm personality and everyone was just amazing!

The venue outside was blasting music until late, so loud it felt like the club was in the room; guests should be warned about the noise and offered a discount if it’s going to be a loud night. We were on the top floor, yet the room still vibrated. Aside from the noise, the hotel itself is very nice, so I’d give it 9/10.
