The spot’s close to the CMC Ranipt campus and the price was cheap, but the AC was faulty, Wi‑Fi lagged, and the lift stopped working after 10 PM.

Great location, but the noise from the street kept me awake at night. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, which made up for it a bit. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I'd recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The bed was uncomfortable and the amenities were pretty basic. The fan in the room was running slow, making the air feel thick and humid. It was a struggle to get a good night's sleep.

I was impressed with the friendly staff, who were helpful with check-in and check-out. However, I was shocked to find that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly - there were even some leftover belongings from previous guests on the floor. I brought this to their attention and they seemed to take it well, so hopefully they'll use it as an opportunity to improve.
