The owner was very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, gave us an upgrade, and even helped book our last‑minute tickets to the Cu Chi tunnels. The room was comfortable and the overall stay was pleasant, with no major dislikes.

I checked in at 4 am without any hassle and received a clear set of instructions; the owner was always reachable. The location is fantastic, with shops, cafés (McDonald’s nearby is open 24/7), a market, and bus tour agencies for Vietnam right around the corner, yet the hotel itself sits on a relatively quiet street. The room was spotless and everything else was great.

The place is close to the city center, just a 1–2 minute walk to Bùi Viện. The room had a window, was breezy, and clean. The hot water was hard to use.
