“Cute little hotel”

The staff were very friendly, our room stayed clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, etc., and the location was easy to reach and close to other amenities. The only downside was that there are only a few access points to reach your room upstairs or downstairs, and no internal elevator, so you have to walk a bit to bring your stuff; this is an older hotel, so such things are expected and I have no real complaints. I would definitely stay again when needed.

The room was nice and spacious, the workers were polite, and we had a bathroom issue that was resolved promptly. I felt the price was too high and that they could at least serve a hot breakfast.

The room was nice, better than or equal to Comfort Inn, and the rate was better; it was a very nice stay in my room.

The staff were nice, but a smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and we couldn’t fix it; we had to pull the battery. It was a non‑smoking room, yet there were holes from cigarettes in the bedspreads, a lingering smoke smell, and the carpet was filthy.

“A good place to stay while passing through the Ozarks!”

They granted our wish for an upstairs room away from the highway, which was nice and quiet. Breakfast had a shortage of bowls but the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient and close to the highway, and the air conditioners performed well. Aside from the limited bowl supply that day, there was nothing else; more breakfast options would be nice but it wasn’t bad.
