We felt very comfortable! Emanuela showed an unmatched kindness: she welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home right away. The property is extremely clean, welcoming, and in a truly strategic spot for visiting Castellabate and the surrounding area.

I was warmly welcomed by Emanuela, the owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful; the all‑Italian breakfast featured homemade cakes and fresh fruit, the parking was convenient, and the external shower outside the rooms was a nice touch. The room itself was comfortable and very clean, though the window is high and small.

The place was spotless, and the building seemed recently renovated; the staff were very friendly and courteous, and the breakfast was good. The location is hard to find because there are no signs, and unless you set your GPS to Google Maps with the exact directions, it’s almost impossible to reach, especially at night when the curves leading to Santa Maria are unlit and lack signage.

The property is brand new, the room is clean and spacious, and Emanuela, the owner, is super friendly and accommodating. The parking is priceless. I definitely recommend it.
