La Serra is a beautiful spot with friendly residents, but I was disappointed that I never met the host Rebecca in person. All communication went through WhatsApp, though she always responded quickly and handled everything. The room was incredibly noisy; because the house is tucked into narrow streets in La Serra, it felt like people were walking right through my room or talking inside it. Breakfast consisted of packaged foods and disposable wooden cutlery; fruit would have been nice, as would bowls for the cornflakes.

The house was clean and had a nice character, but there was little isolation from the other rooms.

I don’t recommend it at all; the location is inconvenient for reaching the sea—you have to take a shuttle that runs hourly. From the room you hear everyone’s noises at night, the bathroom lacks an exhaust fan so you risk suffocating while showering, the room has no air‑conditioning, the mini‑fridge doesn’t cool at all, especially in summer when you want cold water—it’s basically useless. Breakfast is poor, only packaged items with a bit of yogurt and juice. If you think you’ll relax here, think again.

The communication was quick, but the accommodation was far from the sea and all regional sights. For the price it’s okay. Breakfast doesn’t deserve the name (packaged cookies, a coffee machine, nothing else). The bathroom had black hair, and the room was very hot; the fan barely made a difference. Parking was also very difficult—you usually had to park in a no‑stop zone, which the police tolerated because of the awful parking situation. Overall, the place didn’t meet our expectations. Too bad!
