They are thieves and scoundrels, telling you that the upper rooms are cheaper than the lower ones and that you have to add €100 for 10 days, while making you believe there are more people upstairs and forcing you to book a lower room just to collect money—pure robbery. They are liars.

The spot and the staff were very attentive, the pool was great, thanks. The location is just a few steps from the beach.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of El Mamsha. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the new pool on the property was clean and well maintained, so we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back. The room’s cleanliness could have been better, but it wasn’t bad. The breakfast was good, yet the menu stayed the same throughout our stay; it would be better if it changed every few days for more variety. It would also be nice to have a kettle in the room. The TV wasn’t working, but we didn’t need it anyway 😅.

The people were very friendly, especially Marwan who was always up for a good laugh and conversation. The only issue was the toilet lights.

The location was great. The furniture was old.
