The location was great, the staff were so friendly and generous from the moment we arrived, and it was such a lovely break from the busy week in Orlando; this is our first visit and we plan to make it an annual trip back to this hotel, with huge thanks to the staff and the chef (sorry didn’t get your name!) who went out of their way for our daughter and gave her a little shark that will be remembered. No complaints.

I was just a stone's throw from the party venue, which was great, but the front desk had only one person juggling multiple tasks, so checking in or asking questions took longer than usual.
