It was dirty, we had a lizard in our room, and it wasn’t what I paid for.

The large kitchen and huge living space were great, and I liked that they had hot water for oatmeal; the bathroom was also large, but the air conditioner in the room wasn’t working properly.

I loved it! The front office lady was wonderful, the place was very clean, and my kids loved it.

I was very disappointed: I booked my room online, arrived at the hotel, and was told my room had been cancelled due to overbooking; I am now waiting on a refund.

The front desk lady was rude—so rude I thought she was going to beat me at one point.
